It was such a relaxing evening, spending it with people I haven’t really seen in awhile. We were all able to catch up, and realize how much we enjoy each others company! We have now planning things for future events together, which I’m super excited for!

Toasting my toes, it was a chilly night!

After making hot dogs, we roasted/burned marshmallows. The fire was wonderfully hot as this was the first really cool night of the oncoming fall.

Ashley and I took a walk away from the hot fire, and I took these cool photos in the darkness and the street lights.

It was so wonderful to catch up with these old friends, can’t wait until we do it again.

For my brothers birthday the next day, a friend of his made this delicious strawberry cake, it was so wonderful to eat that for breakfast/snack all week!

We went out to eat at this great indian/thai place. And here we are in the dark dark lighting!

The next day was the semi-annual camp garage sale! This is the second and last one we have done this year. We’ll be back in the spring to raise more money for camp! This time we raised $1000 over two days and some donations later! We got donations from over 5 families, and had many car loads of stuff left over that was donated to goodwill.

Good morning early light!

There was a ridiculous amount of stuff.

After a bit at the garage sale, I headed into the city for some time with Steph! We hit up Hillsong church, Max Brennen for some chocolate, and some shopping in the village, and of course Strands at Union Square!

We started the day with some chipotle because we are always hungry.

I went to Hillsong church for the first time! It was pretty good, really enjoyed the speaker. And it looks like they’re opening one across the bridge in NJ! So that’s exciting and I’ll have to check it out once it opens!

My derping around the city face.

We then hit up a touristy chocolate place we have walked past hundreds of times but never went.

We downed that crepe in 7 minutes. I also got hot chocolate which came in adorable hug a mug mugs! These mugs are all about the heat! Love them so much!
